A walker on the North Downs

These North Downs have probably been part of the tourist trek ever since the first pilgrims travelled along the Pilgrims Way close by. The morning was quite cold with a brisk wind, but in high summer it is a good place to spend some leisure. However, the only time I have seen it crowded is when used as a toboggan run when covered in snow as a boy!
